Delhi / Remote Full-Time Based on experience + Incentives
About the Role
We're looking for a CRM Developer to build and customize CRM systems for our clients — configuring pipelines, automations and integrations around how each business actually sells.
Key Responsibilities
- • Configure and customize CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or custom builds)
- • Build sales pipeline structures matched to client sales processes
- • Set up lead-capture integrations from websites, ads and WhatsApp
- • Build automated workflows (follow-up reminders, notifications)
- • Train client teams on CRM usage
- • Troubleshoot and maintain existing CRM implementations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- • 1-3 years of experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- • Understanding of sales pipeline and lead management processes
- • Experience with API integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Make)
- • Basic scripting/development skills for custom configurations
- • Strong client communication skills for training and requirements gathering
